Tracey Freeman

Tracey Freeman graduated from Texas Christian University with a BA in English and received her Master's in Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University. Mrs. Freeman started her educational career as an English teacher in DISD and served as an administrator. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a published author with her debut book, Bye for Now. With over a decade of educational experience, Freeman is a passionate advocate for literacy and believes that writing is a vessel we can and should utilize to express ourselves and connect with the world around us. As a lifelong learner, Freeman enjoys engaging with others and learning through collaborative experiences. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and twin sons.
